BRIEF SUMMARY:
Tachibana Tamako (Maya Miki) is a veteran
detective in Kyoto Prefectural Police’s First Investigative Division. She loves
walks and trips, and knows everything about all the paths in Kyoto. Making use
of her gift as a “human GPS”, she is charged with creating investigation maps.
An investigation map is the first thing that is done when an investigation task
force gets to its feet. A lot of the information that surfaces as the
investigation processes including suspicious vehicles and eyewitness statements
are recorded, making it a repository of clues. While everyone is in awe of the
unparalled accuracy of Tamako’s maps as well as her sharp powers of deduction on
which this is based, she is a hasty person prone to making silly mistakes.-jdramaweblog
劇 名﹕搜查地圖之女
劇 情﹕劇中真矢美紀扮演擁有超強找路認路能力，製作地圖無人能出其右，被稱作“人形GPS”的京都府警搜查一課女警。真矢美紀表示：“我以前就很喜歡散步和地圖，尊敬的人物是伊能忠敬（日本江戶時代的地圖測繪家。伊能忠敬繪製了日本第一張全國地圖大日本沿海嶼地全圖），還喜歡看著地圖喝酒。”劇中以“搜查地圖”為全新的視角展開故事，講述神秘的京都謎案。真矢美紀扮演的橘珠子隸屬於京都府警搜查一課，擔任製作搜查地圖的工作。所謂搜查地圖就是搜查本部首先定制，因搜查進展得到的大量情報、不神車的存在以及目擊證言等等進行記錄的寶庫。珠子為了描繪搜查地圖，必須走遍大街小巷四處巡邏，而為了確認因為地圖而來的疑問以及糾正那種不協調的感覺，每次都必須親臨現場，在京都複雜的道路上四處穿行，而越是四處走動，才能越接近真相。而珠子最厲害的才能，就是使用搜查地圖進行推理，並因此擊潰嫌疑人的壁壘，讓對方露餡。真矢美紀說：“珠子並不是什麼天才，只是認為案件的難題不破解就很難過，是個很好強的女人。而本劇中她在推理之外，還有很重的人性。”
劇中除了能看到精彩的推理故事和懸疑案件之外，還能跟隨主人公走遍京都的大街小巷欣賞當地美景。每年京都都有大約4690萬旅客，劇中還會有和這些旅客有關的故事。劇中以珠子為中心人物的絕妙團隊一起解決案件，每個人都相當有個性，演員陣容包括石黑賢、內山理名、阿部力、宇梶剛士、中村梅雀等人。草笛光子將扮演珠子的母親，以內科醫生的視角解決案件的的珠子老公扮演者，則是渡邊一系。
