介紹: 天真直接不理他人靠關係的大小姐，觀言察色努力工作的副店長，成為工作上和愛情上水溝油的拍檔和對手。 碧野圭人氣小說改編，故事講述老書店「飛馬書房」吉祥寺店，在網絡抬頭經營困難之中，有兩個性格相反但一起挽救書店頻臨倒閉命運的女性。23歲北村亞紀（渡邊麻友）是負責漫畫的書店員，因為祖父是文具製造公司會長，靠關係加入書店工作，是個海歸大小姐。她的性格自由奔放，喜歡工作當成夢想甚至比結婚更重要，為人表裡如一天不怕地不怕常發表直接意見，搞得常和其他人衝突。

西岡理子（稻森泉）是副店長，曾在書店打工五年之後成為正式員工，不斷努力工作靠這樣向上爬，也因為太努力工作而不經不覺錯過婚期。為人雖然固執但也有同情心，和性格相反的亞紀成為水溝油關係，此外她常會在飲醉後吐露真正心聲。三田孝彥（千葉雄大）是負責兒童書的店員，為人文靜是有文藝青年氣息的美男子，因為工作上知識豐富而有很多女粉絲，但他卻不擅表達自己的感情。亞紀因為他工作認真而主動向他進行猛烈追求，但他卻對加入書店以來一直培育他的理子情有獨鍾。

外書店有店長野島孝則（木下鳳華），為人手段柔軟人望很低只想過安穩日子。尾崎志保（濱田麻里）作為主婦店員十分理解和支持理子。日下圭一郎（伊野尾慧）是店內情報通，很理解亞紀是她和其他人之間的潤滑油。萩原麻美（鈴木千奈美）為了當小說家而在店內工作吸收社會經驗。

其他角色包括一星出版社漫畫部的副總編小幡伸光（大東駿介），去到書店對亞紀一見鍾情向她進攻。西岡達人（井上順）是理子的父親，和女兒話不多但暗地對女兒當副店長十分自豪。田代敏之（田邊誠一）則是在理子面前出現的謎之男。
