BRIEF SUMMARY:
The special episode nameed shoud is set on year after the fight between
detective Saya Toma . Takeru Sebumi and Satoshi Chill. More confrontations
causes more tensions among the colleagues. Sebumi returns to the
department after taking beak due to his eye problem. Kenzo Ichiyanagi is
appointed section chef. While Kotaro Nonomura is demoted, new member Shu
yoshikawa joins the team. Together, without killing each other, the team will
once again solve cases that can not be explained by normal scientific theories
or reasons.

翔是延續2010/10播出的SPEC SP，時間設定也是1年後.
當麻剛接大病初癒的瀨文回到未詳課，就發生了看出人心的SPEC小悟被瞬間移動的殺手暗殺的事件。
為了保護唯一的目擊者久遠望，當麻終於使用了自己的SPEC。不過瀨文對當麻的舉動並不諒解。正當大家以為終於安全逃離瞬間移動殺手時，在SPEC保護設施裡竟然發生了意想不到的事件...
1年后，因修養而暫時離職的濑文重新回到未詳，但在未詳等待他的卻是代替被降職的野野村的市柳（でんでん），以及從組織犯罪對策部調職而來的吉川（北村一輝）。
數日后，未詳接到了一件奇特的殺人案。光天化日之下發生了機關槍殺人案，幸存者是一名女高中生。據她所說，凶手全身黑色裝扮，並用瞬間移動逃走了。
並且疑似參加槍戰人員的照片中，出現了覺（真野恵里菜）的身影。
當麻認為，SPEC擁有者的爭奪戰已經暴露在大眾面前。她便立刻前往幸存者久遠望（谷村美月）所在的醫院進行調查…
