BRIEF SUMMARY:
During the Endo period, several samurais form a secret group called the
“Onmitsu-gumi” to fight against the evils and corrupted politicians of the
government during the time of the Tokugawa shogunate.
劇 名﹕隱秘八百八町
劇 情﹕隱秘八百八町》講述的是江戶時代，昏君奸臣當道民不聊生，為了懲治昏君奸臣，在民間形成了一個秘密組織“隱密組”的故事。釋由美子在劇中扮演的是擅投飛鏢、眼耳犀利、擁有著美貌與如同忍者般的身體條件的隱密組成員紅一點，是個斬殺惡人的俠女。所以精彩的飛鏢投擲以及宏大的打斗場面是該劇的重要看點。這也是釋由美子自2003年在電影《心魔大審判》中以來，時隔7年之後再度挑戰動作戲。
除了動作戲外，釋由美子在劇中飾演的角色還將對館廣飾演的神谷又十郎產生愛慕之情
