BRIEF SUMMARY:
38-year-old Aoyama Kana (Matsuyuki Yasuko) is a tv reporter with a digital cable
television channel CPTV. On the surface, she is a beautiful and intelligent
single woman who prides herself on her interview skills which are the best
within the station. But inside, she is a rigid, stubborn person who has a
one-track mind once she starts doing one thing. She is a top-notch media person
but the worst organisation person. Treated as a burden by the company because in
the 15 years since she joined the station, she has continued to pursue an
unsolved case which she had covered when she was a new recruit no matter where
she is transferred to, she is kicked out of the elite city news desk and
appointed to lead a ragtag bunch of reporters named the “reserve reporter unit”.
