BRIEF SUMMARY:  Mitamura Yukio is the shrewd founder and president of Tresfields International, a rapidly growing apparel company which has gone from a small startup to a company with 1,000 employees in just a few years. granted However, it is actually a company that exploits its employees. Mitamura a sole proprietor who places priority on the company’s profits and has been overworking his employees, but he sees nothing wrong. Instead he believes that hard work is necessary to achieve results. Therefore, demanding work is justified. He does not think his beloved company exploits its employees. One day, Mitamura declares that he is going to attend university, to the surprise of his secretary Saejima Mari and managing director Akechi Shiro. Because the business is stable, he can afford the time. Mitamura, who intends to brush up on business administration, has passed a university’s entrance exams for working professionals. On the first day of school, he attends the lecture of Akiyama Kyoko, a rookie lecturer in business administration. Kyoko who knows that Mitamura is the president of a well-known company, is wary that he may find fault with her lecture. And although Mitamura joins the film society after he happened to receive a recruitment pamphlet, Okajima Yuri, Kudo Ryosuke, Maekawa Kenta and all the society’s members are bewildered by this middle-aged freshman. They are the young people called the “pressure-free generation”. Mitamura looks down on this bunch who would never get a job with his own company. Meanwhile, a problem crops up for the film society. They have been asked for 150,000 yen in rent by their screening venue, and approach Kyoko to discuss. At the same moment, a problem also occurs at Tresfields International. The company which it is in negotiations to acquire, has lifted its sale price. Mitamura does not want to give up on the acquisition, but he is told by Akechi that he needs to get the approval of the board of directors and shareholders to pay that amount, and agonises over it. He and Kyoko get into a big row over the money issues of the film society due to the differences in their environment and way of thinking. 介紹: 我不停的游，你們也要給我游下去!!這句話出自於這次的男主角，曾出演最強名醫 Doctor以及最近跟木村拓哉共演宮本武藏的澤村一樹。這一次的他飾演的是從設計師起家，如今已經是卓越的成功經營者，有著自己的公司及品牌，對於經營公司有著自己的獨特風格與能力，但本次的題材是他要從社會再次回到學校，學習經營的理論與觀察現今社會的大學環境。而社會人士的身分成為大學新鮮人，年齡的落差與同學間的相處，似乎讓周圍的人無法用同儕的眼光對待，而其大叔的氣息與年輕人間的反差，也隨之凸顯，到底澤村一樹會如何用他輕鬆的態度去改變這一切呢?應該是本次的觀賞重點，光看到他加入電影社的格格不入就讓人期待後續的發展。一方面就學，另一方面還要維持公司營運的安排與決策，這一次的他真的很忙呢。本劇的女性角色頗多令人吸引的， 女主角黑木美沙 飾演的大學教授，指導的是經營學，也就是男主角的教授。國仲涼子則是飾演男主角的秘書，外型亮麗的秘書的確是當老闆的最佳福利，而半澤直樹出演後爆紅的壇蜜也在這邊參上一腳，演的是外型性感的醫生，在社長安排的飯店內做健康檢查，這是多少男性的夢阿!!  喜歡以上演員的朋友們可以期待這一次的劇情，希望這部可以成為最強名醫後的代表作。
