BRIEF SUMMARY: Kanzaki Shizuku rebelled against his father, a wine critic, and joined a big brewery but is for some reason transferred to the wine division. Then his father dies suddenly, leaving behind an enormous fortune. In his will, he bequeaths his fortune to the person who finds 12 bottles of wine deemed the best in the world and 1 bottle of wine called the “Drops of God”. Shizuku is at a loss but Tomine Issei, an up-and-coming wine critic, suddenly appears as his elder brother and an intense battle begins between the two of them.

劇 情﹕ 神咲雫（龜梨和也飾）是一家叫做“太陽啤酒”的大型啤酒企業的營業員。因為他很反感自己的爸爸——世界葡萄酒評論家神咲豐多香（古谷一行飾），所以迄今為止過著與葡萄酒毫無相幹的生活。就是這樣的他，有一天在接待處遇到一位客人（笹野高史飾）對上等葡萄酒很不滿意，於是雫鬼斧神工的表演了把酒從瓶子裏移到別的容器裏，瞬間將葡萄酒的美味提煉出來，完美的圓了場。看到雫在關鍵時刻救場的酒庫管理實習生柴野原雅（仲裏依紗飾），喝了經雫調制後的葡萄酒後，感受到了從前從未經歷的感覺說道：“這種味道還是頭一次……” 第二天，雫被任命調到葡萄酒事務部。因為討厭葡萄酒所以他感到很不爽。除此之外，葡萄酒事務部的同事本間（田口浩正飾）等人，覺得雫是仗著父親的權勢才到這兒工作的，覺得很不服氣。正在這時，老家那邊突然要雫回去一趟。他回到家卻見到據說臨死前還在品嘗葡萄酒的父親豐多香的遺體。父親的顧問律師霧生涼子（戶田菜穗飾）說，他死後留下了一筆遺產，市場價格超過20億的葡萄酒珍藏品。作為雫的兄弟還有一人能繼承這筆遺產。兄弟？！在失去了唯一的親人變得很迷茫的雫這時候才知道，據說父親一周之前收了一個養子——新興銳氣葡萄酒評論家遠峰一青（田邊誠一飾）。
