BRIEF SUMMARY: DVD
edition of the moving drama about courage and friendship about a boy who has a
wound in his heart and a handicapped boy who is his best friend. The acclaimed
drama special was aired as a segment of a 24-hour show called '24-jikan Televi:
Ai wa Chikyu wo Sukuu (24-hour Television: Love Saves the World)' in 1998. It
stars Hideaki Takizawa, now the leader of the group Johnnys Jr.

劇 情﹕
裕、秀一、綾這三個人是關系很好的青梅竹馬。
裕和秀一都是西洋劍的社員，二人在比賽前打賭，輸掉人必須聽贏的人的一件事，誰贏了就可以和綾單獨約會，結果秀一贏了。裕向綾說明了情況，綾說不會去約會的，並讓他轉告秀一。
可是裕不忍心告訴秀一實際情況，騙秀一說綾會去的。
秀一在神社等著綾，為了救一個嬰兒而從階梯摔下，導致下半身癱瘓，從此不能行走。裕知道了秀一的病情非常自責，因此退出了社團，為了治療秀一的病而不去上課、拼命地打工。秀一並不因身有殘疾而氣餒，他不要裕去同情他，並以獨特的方式和裕進行西洋劍比賽。之後秀一告訴裕自己知道了事情的真相，而且並沒有怪任何人。
一天，三個人如初地待在一起……
