Shipping Method:

We only ship by US Postal Service worldwide.

1. Shipping charges are automatically calculated by US Postal Service Web Tool Production Server not by www.ShopKTSLab.com.

2. Tracking is always offered to US customer only. You will receive your Tracking Number when the order is shipped.

3. Tracking number is offered to Foreign customer who choose EMS shipping method. Fedex Shipping is available upon request.

Return Policy:  (US Domestic & Canada Customer Only)  *

We fully honor the product quality and gladly to exchange any damage or defective items.

If any items are defective upon our inspection, we will refund all the charges include the initial purchase price, initial shipping charges and the shipping cost to ship the item back to us. Shipping reimbursement is only up to but not exceed original Shipping & Handling fee.This includes the cost to ship item back to us.

Please follow the following steps to process your return or exchange items:

1. Inspect your order upon receipt and immediately notify us in the event of any problem. All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of your receipt of shipment.


2. We will issue you an RMA Number for the return. This RMA Number must be written clearly and visibly on the return label of the shipping carton. Any return without an RMA Number will not be processed.


3. Include a copy of the original invoice and a note detailing any defect or the reason for the return.
