BRIEF SUMMARY:  Shinohara Ryouko plays Noda Naoko, a 32-year old woman who works for a large company in Tokyo coming up in 10 years, most of the females who work there are what is called OL's (office ladies) which means they are only working in a company for limited time before they get married, whereas Naoko is an actual company employee. Naoko is known for looking out for the younger ladies at the office and giving them sage advice on their professional and romantic lives. She is always there to help when someone is in need, and is frequently approached by people with problems every day.

In reality, Naoko is desperate to get married herself as well, and is feeling that she is becoming too old to meet Mr. Right anymore. She finds it ironic that she is always offering romantic advice, but can't start a good relationship herself. Her mother is recommending that she tries an "omiai" (an arranged meeting with a potential marriage partner) which of course, her romantically-inclined mind is reluctant to do.

劇 情﹕ 在東濟商事經營戰略部工作屆滿10年的野田奈央子(篠原涼子 飾),今年迎接32歲的她雖然談過幾次戀愛,但是就是遇不到真命天子。身為正式職員的她是其他女職員傾訴的對象,在不知不覺中就成了負責教育晚輩的老大姐,被今年成為社會新鮮人的黑澤明彥(赤西仁 飾)取了個"大姊頭"的綽號。某天在電車中遭醉漢糾纏的奈央子偶然中遇到了出面解圍的澤木翔一(加藤雅也 飾),被英勇帥氣的澤木搭救之後就深深地被他所吸引,但好巧不巧的是澤木已經跟以前奈央子的晚輩鈴木繪理子(友阪理惠 飾)結了婚育有一女,秉持著絕對不能成為第三者信念的奈央子該如何面對已婚的澤木呢?
