BRIEF SUMMARY:
Nanase Miyuki (Kawaguchi Haruna), a second year
student at a private high school, ends up appearing as a model at the fashion
show ‘Tokyo Girly Mode’ held in Hong Kong. She had been selected to stand in for
a famous Chinese model who suddenly disappeared. Miyuki’s childhood friend
Kindaichi Hajime (Yamada Ryosuke) and junior Saki Ryuji (Arioka Daiki) have
accompanied her to Hong Kong. The usually carefree, frivolous Kindaichi is
actually the grandson of the well-known detective, Kindaichi Kosuke. The three
of them enjoy sightseeing in Hong Kong, but Miyuki suddenly goes missing.
Although Kindaichi
breaks off into a run to track her down, he loses sight of her. Then he receives
a text message on his mobile phone warning him, “If you tell the police, the
girl will lose her life.” An image of a kidnapped Miyuki is attached to this
message and after a time, it changes to a blood-drenched screen with the Chinese
characters for ‘Vicious Dragon’ … … Shortly after the kidnapping incident,

劇 情﹕港即將舉辦大型服裝秀，未料中國名模突然失蹤，便特別拔擢七瀨美雪（川口春奈飾演）代替出場。於是美雪的青梅竹馬金田一（山田涼介飾演）、學弟佐木龍二（有岡大貴飾演），也跟著一起跑來香港觀光。正當三人逛街玩得盡興，美雪卻被綁架而失去了蹤影！不久，金田一收到不准報警的恐嚇簡訊，畫面更出現了「毒龍」字樣…
之後在路上遇到與美雪有相同容貌的中國人女孩楊蘭，原來她就是那個原本要參加服裝秀的中國名模，於是由她代替美雪參加，然後就發生了一連串的殺人事件...........
本劇集結了台日港韓巨星演出，由Hey!Say!JUMP的山田涼介，繼堂本剛、松本潤、龜梨和也之後，成為第四代高中生偵探金田一！而飛輪海的吳尊則飾演台灣刑警，徐若瑄飾演知名服裝設計師，更請到香港名演員曾志偉、韓國BIGBANG的勝利…等跨國豪華陣容，堪稱近年難得的大手筆日劇。
