Policy For International
Customer (None U.S. Customer)
1. Payment Option:
a) We only accept 1 type of International Check
Payment: Canada Postal Office Money Order in U.S. Currency.
b) We accept all major credit card & e-check
payment through PayPal.
c) We do not accept international order over
$100 if payment is made through PayPal.
2. Delivery Information:
a) International customer's delivery address
must match billing address. No exception!
b) Delivery time to an international address is
normally longer than U.S. address delivery time. It will take 5 ~ 30 days
depends on the shipping method which international customer choose.
c) We do not offer SURFACE MAIL option which
take 30 ~ 90 days delivery time.
3. Custom Duty Information:
a) It is international customer's
responsibility to pay destination country's Custom Duty or Import Tax if any.
b) For the Duty Free limit or Import Tax
regulation on merchandise purchased from our web site, please contact your
country's Custom Service.
c) We will not honor any request which asking
us to falsify Custom Declaration Document.
4. Return And Exchange Policy:
a) We fully honor all product's quality. Gladly
accept return or exchange on any defective product from any international
customer.
b) We will not cover shipping cost on mailing
the return/exchange item back to us except Canadian Customer. But we will pay
the cost to ship the replacement product to international customer.
c) Canadian Customer is offered same return &
exchange policy as U.S. Customer. We pay both way shipping.
c) No refund or exchange will be honored if the
original product is not returned back to us.
d) International Customer (except Canada & U.S.
Customer) are given 30 days warranty from the date order is delivered to customer.
